Jason has fifteen years of work experience in the Marine Construction Industry. He has served as President, Vice President, Design Build Manager, Project Manager, Estimator, Superintendent, Quality Manager, Cost Engineer on over 60 marine projects in Alaska and the Pacific North West.

As President, Jason ensures that the company has the proper financial, equipment, and personnel resources to complete every project the company undertakes successfully, safely, and ethically. He oversees all company operations and is responsible for creating a culture that cultivates innovation, values quality and operates safety.

Jason holds a M.S. in Construction Engineering and Management from Montana State University and a B.S. in Construction Engineering, Montana State University.

Julian has over ten years construction experience. He has extensive marine, pile driving, and structures experience working in various construction markets. Julian is skilled in managing complex projects using his skills in coordination, budget control, scheduling, and project issue resolution.

As Operations Manager, Julian's responsibilities include the overall progression of multiple projects including the project team, ensuring compliance with company standards, scheduling, planning, client relations, estimating, and project development. His construction knowledge in complement with his technical ability enables him to be highly resourceful and an asset to every project he manages.

Julian holds a M.S. in Construction Management from South Dakota School of Mines & Technology and a B.S. in Civil Engineering.
